Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program (PACE)

During their December 18th, 2019 Meeting, the Board of Selectmen voted to adopt the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy Program. This program will allow prospective and existing commercial property owners to make clean energy improvements to their building, through a 20 year financing plan.
