The Special Town Meeting concluded on Monday, June 16, 2025. The Annual Town Meeting is being continued on to Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Mahar Auditorium.
The Board of Selectman signed the warrants on May 28th.
The FINCOM is holding an emergency meeting June 25, 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Town Hall to discuss further use of free cash to sustain parts of the budget.

The Franklin Regional Council of Governments has put forward a charter change to bring it up to date. Every member town is required to vote on these changes and in order for them to pass, they must receive a 2/3 majority vote by 2/3 of the member towns. The FRCOG has shared a Charter Change Facts Sheet so that member town's residents can review the proposed changes prior to the Town Meeting vote. The Board of Selectman have been made aware and are in support of these charter changes.
