ARPA Projects 

American Rescue Plan Act [ARPA] was signed into Law on March 11, 2021​

It is intended to provide support to State, Local and Tribal governments ​

in responding to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and efforts ​

to contain COVID-19​.

The Town is required to commit all ARPA funds by Dec 31, 2024 and they have until Dec 31, 2026 to spend the funds (Surface Transportation and Title I projects are to be spent by Sept 30, 2026) . For funds to be properly committed by the Town it needs to have a contract or PO in place.
