Orange Housing Production Plan Committee

The Town of Orange is working with the Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) to create a Housing Production Plan.  The goals of the Housing Production Plan (HPP) are to (1) identify housing needs for Orange and 2) identify strategies that facilitate development of affordable housing.  If a town has an approved HPP and makes progress in creating affordable housing, it is protected from Ch. 40B housing development proposals, and the town has control over its development.

Housing Plan Committee meetings are open to the public.  For more information, please contact Community Development Director, Alec Wade, at
