Updates

• The Building Department does not accept cash. You may pay online through the online permitting system or by check or money order.
• The Electrical Department no longer accepts Electrical Permits from Homeowners.

Online Permitting Update

Building department permits are being processed online. Once on the My Government Online Website, create an account, and search for a your permit type under the Building Department.

Processing Fee

There is a $25 processing fee for paper permits submitted to the building department. This fee includes permits for wiring, electrical, plumbing, and gas.
