The Orange Board of Assessors would like to inform our residents that as part of the Department of Revenue's state-mandated certification process, James King of Patriot Properties, Inc. has been contracted to conduct inspections of all real estate located in the Town of Orange.
As part of this process, the Board is requesting that Mr. King be allowed to inspect your property in order to ensure that the information on our property record cards is complete and accurate. The inspections will commence in July of 2013 and will continue throughout calendar year 2014. Should you have any questions, please call our office at 978-544-1100, ext. 108.
