A credit card is not required. There is no fee for using this service. Credit card payments are now also accepted. There is a fee for credit card use. Pay for Birth, Marriage, Death Certificates, and Dog Licenses Online!

The Town Clerk is now offering the ability to order and pay for Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificates as well as Dog Licenses online. If payment is deducted from your checking account, there is no processing fee. If payment is made by credit card, a fee will be assessed based on the amount of the payment. Prior to using this service, you should verify that the record is on file here in Orange. In the case of a dog license, the rabies information must be up to date. Dog licenses are issued from January 1 to March 31. Any license issued after that date will be charged a $25.00 late fee for each dog. Upon confirmation of your payment, the document you requested will be mailed to the address you provide when you enter your information on the web site. If additional documentation is required, it is your responsibility to provide this prior to receiving your requested document.
