We are quarterly and we bill four times a year.  The normal due dates are 8/1, 11/1, 2/1, and 5/1.  Should the 1st fall on a weekend, then the bill will be due that Monday. To avoid penalties, payments are due in the Collector’s office on or before the above dates.
