All dogs age 6 months and older must be licensed in the Town Clerk's Office. Dog licenses expire the last day of March in each year. Renewal period is January 5th - last day of March. All dog licenses renewed April 1st or after will be charged a $25.00 late charge in addition to the cost of the license.
- Male/Female Dog - $15.00
- Neutered/Spayed Dog - $5.00
- Late Licensing Penalty - $25.00 (April 1st and after)
Dog Licenses may be applied for in person, by mail, or online. A valid rabies certificate and proof of neutering/spaying certificate (if applicable) must be shown each time when registering a dog.
Multi-Dog Licenses
- 4 or fewer dogs - $25.00
- up to 10 dogs - $50.00
- 10 or more dogs - $100.00

North Orange Grange sponsors a rabies clinic in March. Please call Town Clerk's Office for exact date. The Orange Dog Officer sponsors a rabies clinic in the fall. Please contact the Dog Officer for the exact date.
